Our last box of the season from Fifth Crow Farms arrived with Stella Blue Hokkaido winter squash, Green tomatoes, Carrots, Cauliflower, Dill, Baby head lettuce, Dino kale, Yellow onion, and Purple potatoes.
Here is my menu plan for the week of December 3:
Sunday: Dinner out with family
Monday: Chicken legs with cauliflower and carrots, green salad
Tuesday: Dinner out after basketball game
Wednesday: Squash soup, grilled cheese and green salad
Thursday: Chicken with shallots, roasted potatoes, sautéed kale
Friday: Dinner out before volunteering
